Elections for Trustees to both Associations are held annually on the third Monday of each December.  Notices are mailed to each resident two weeks prior to the meeting date.  There are 5 members of the Townhome Association and 7 members of the Homeowners’ Association.  Candidate applications are most welcome each year.
