Borough Permits

Homeowners must comply with all Borough ordinances and zoning requirements, and it is the responsibility of each homeowner to confirm with the Borough whether a permit is required for any alteration or installation. 

 

Should a homeowner be granted a zoning/subdivision/land development variance, the Townhome Association reserves the right to reject the variance for the benefit of the neighborhood, without prejudice.

Note that the Borough will not issue any permit without the Townhome Association’s letter of approval.
